My payment got deducted from Bank account, but i have not received confirmation ?

If your payment got deducted from Bank account, but you have not received confirmation  –

  1. Check Bank Statement
    • First, review your bank statement to confirm if the payment has been reversed back into your account.
  2. Contact Your Bank
    • Contact your bank to report the failed payment and inquire about the expected timeframe for the credited amount to be returned to your account.
  3. Communication with Us
    • If you believe it is necessary to discuss the failed payment with us, kindly send an email to support@lestacworld.com.
    • In your email, please include the transaction number for reference.
  4. Provide Evidence
    • Attach a screenshot of the debited payment from your bank account to your email.
  5. Email Subject
    • In the subject line of your email, please use “Payment debited but failed” to help us quickly identify and address your concern.
  6. Payment Safety
    • Rest assured that your payment will be safeguarded, and it will be refunded either by your bank or by our team if the booking is not vouchered.

Note: Please be aware that the gateway fee is non-refundable in the case of any refund.
