Depending on the nature of our service, the cancellation policy is always mentioned on the service terms and conditions tab. As every case is different, we request you to please read those terms and conditions for a better booking experience

Refund Policy

If the amount is refundable to the client, and the amount has been refunded to Lestacworld Holiday planners from hotels, Airlines or Vendors, then the client will receive the credit within 10 working days.

Once the booking is confirmed, the refund is only possible as per the refund policy

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
