In case of your hospitalization, we can provide a partial refund with appropriate documentation after discussion with our service partner.
3. Flight Cancellation/Delays:
If your flight is canceled or delayed significantly, leading to a missed experience, we may offer a partial refund after discussion with our service partner.
If you are a victim of robbery that impacts your ability to attend the experience, we can consider a partial refund
after discussion with our service partner.
5. Transport Strike:
If a transport strike affects your ability to reach the experience location, we may provide a partial refund after discussion with our service partner.
To request a partial refund in any of these situations, you will need to provide us with supporting documentation. We accept the following relevant documents as proof:
