If your payment got deducted from Bank account, but you have not received confirmation –
- Check Bank Statement
- First, review your bank statement to confirm if the payment has been reversed back into your account.
- Contact Your Bank
- Contact your bank to report the failed payment and inquire about the expected timeframe for the credited amount to be returned to your account.
- Communication with Us
- If you believe it is necessary to discuss the failed payment with us, kindly send an email to support@lestacworld.com.
- In your email, please include the transaction number for reference.
- Provide Evidence
- Attach a screenshot of the debited payment from your bank account to your email.
- Email Subject
- In the subject line of your email, please use “Payment debited but failed” to help us quickly identify and address your concern.
- Payment Safety
- Rest assured that your payment will be safeguarded, and it will be refunded either by your bank or by our team if the booking is not vouchered.
Note: Please be aware that the gateway fee is non-refundable in the case of any refund.
