If you have cancelled the tour, but refund payment is not yet credited to your bank account –

  1. Refund Processing Time
      • Please be aware that it typically takes 10-12 working days for the refund to be credited to your bank account from the moment we initiate the refund.
  2. Eligibility Check
      • First, ensure that you were indeed eligible for a refund based on the terms and conditions of your booking.
  3. Contact Us
      • If you are eligible for a refund and it has been more than 10 days since the cancellation, kindly contact us at support@lestacworld.com.
  4. Email Subject
      • In the subject line of your email, use “Refund not received yet | Booking Id” to help us quickly identify and address your refund inquiry.
