Overview

10 days Scandinavia tour package

In this itinerary of 10 days Scandinavia tour package we are going to explore Denmark, Sweden and Norway.

Nordic countries of Denmark, Norway, and Sweden make up the Scandinavian region. Shared linguistic and cultural traditions among people of the North Germanic language family define this group.

The Scandinavian Peninsula or the larger region more accurately known as the Nordic countries, which includes Finland, Iceland, and the Faroe Islands, have also been referred to by this name. By extending the definition of Scandinavia to encompass the places where Old Norse was spoken and where the North Germanic languages are presently prominent, we may include not just Scandinavia proper but also Iceland and the Faroe Islands. The Finns, on the other hand, are a unique cultural and linguistic group, comprising speakers of the Finno-Ugric language who have adopted some customs from both Eastern and Western Europe.

Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrive Denmarks Copenhagen Airport + Transfer to Hotel + Free day to Explore on your own
Your 10 days Scandinavia tour package starts today, after your arrival at Copenhagen Airport. It's the capital city of Denmark, which has a lot to offer. When you arrive, finish all of the formalities and look for your driver in arrivals. He'll have the P.L.A. card with your name on it. After you meet the driver, you will be dropped off at the hotel.
You just need to show your hotel vouchers, and the check-in process will start.
After check-in, have some rest and explore the amazing city of Copenhagen on your own.
Day 2 : Culinary food Tour of Copenhagen
In the morning, after breakfast, get ready for a culinary food tour of Scandinavia. Meet your guide in the middle of Copenhagen and go on a half-day tour of the city's past and present food scene. The Danish capital used to be known for not being very innovative when it came to food, but now it is a gastronomic paradise thanks to its talented chefs' use of fresh, seasonal, and new ingredients as well as zingy, minimalist tastes instead of the heavy, comforting Danish staples of the past. Take a leisurely stroll through the busy streets while your guide tells you where the locals like to eat. Since the city's restaurants are always trying new things, the places you eat may change over the course of your trip. The places listed above are just some examples of places you could go to shop or eat. Stop by the coolest cheese shop in Copenhagen, Arla Unika, on your way to the Torvehallerne indoor market. Try some hand-made cheeses that were made in collaboration with Michelin-starred chefs, and look at the goods. After that, go to the Bornholm Shop and buy some caramels, jams, and licorice to treat your taste buds. Stop at Aamanns café on your way through the beautiful Copenhagen Botanical Gardens for some crisp Danish apple wine and smrrebrd, which are open sandwiches made with rye sourdough bread and mostly organic and free-range vegetables. Walk over to Nrrebro Bryghus, a café and restaurant where beer lovers like to hang out. You can try three different kinds of homebrewed beer and a 100% organic hotdog at the Ecological Hotdog Stand. Stop by Summerbird Chocolate when you're done. This high-end chocolatier is thought to be one of the best in Copenhagen, and for good reason: their chocolate-covered marshmallows, called fladeboller, are almost as famous as the chocolate itself. You'll try some real Copenhagen food before going back to where you started.

In the second half of the day, you can explore the various points of the Scandinavian city of Copenhagen on your own.

We'll next head towards Christiania, the heart of Oslo in the 17th century, and from there you'll see the reason why the Norwegian capital has had three different names over the course of three centuries.
