For Airport pickups client needs to reach the location mentioned in the voucher without any delays after airport formalities, as the driver will wait only for sufficient time and may leave in case of a no-show.

One will have to agree to all covid norms by the govt and we won't be held responsible if there is a change in covid policies after the package is booked. We will communicate and share all possible options regarding the same.

Honeymoon Cake and Honeymoon set up in the room is mostly complementary by some hotels on request as per our agreement with them. But we don't have control over the time and day it will be arranged for you.
Some Hotels don't provide honeymoon complimentary inclusions for which we won't be responsible. The size of the cake or any other complementary inclusion is not our responsibility.
LestacIndia's executive will offer you Hotel and Villa's on past customer reviews, but as everyone's choice is not the same we expect you to check the hotel's reviews online and then agree. We will not be responsible if the client does not the like hotel after reaching there.
LCC airlines like Air Asia and Scoot do not offer Checkin Baggage and Meals at the price they offer everywhere, if you need to include checked baggage and meals please ask the assigned executive for that.
Airlines like Malindo Airways sometimes offer baggage in fare and sometimes don't offer it, request you to please get it checked with executive in case of any doubt.
We will not do web check-ins on behalf of the clients, client has to do that on their own.
A mandatory refundable security deposit may be required at the hotel at the time of check-in. The amount may vary depending on the hotel. Cash or Credit-card acceptable., The amount is refunded at the time of check-out
after clearing all incidental charges.
Quote Is Included with veg food in candlelight dinner(If included), to upgrade it to Non-Veg please ask the executive at
the time of booking. There may be a minimal charge for that. There will be no last time changes in the menu.
Tours: Meal coupons do not include the cost of beverages & Hard Liquor.
Flights are Non-refundable and we will not be a responsible case of any refunds from Airlines.
All schedules are subject to change due to traffic, weather conditions and the number of passengers during peak hours and any other unforeseen circumstances.
If the client is not available at the hotel lobby at the mentioned time in the itinerary even if it is a PVT cab then there will be a no show for that particular tour and LestacIndia will not be responsible for that case.
In case of Public Holidays, Cultural Ceremony, maintenance activities and any other situation if tours are not operating then Lestacworld will not be responsible and will help you with a refund of that particular unused
tours if feasible.
No refund is applicable for un-unutilised services.
Itinerary Once decided by LestacIndia’s executive cannot be changed at the destination, Re-schedule of service would be treated as a new booking.
