Booking and Payment:

• Booking confirmation is subject to availability at the time of reservation.

Cancellation and Refunds:

• Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to cancellation fees.
• The deposit is non-refundable, and cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation.
• Refunds for cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual service providers (hotels, transportation, activities, etc.).

Travel Documents:

• It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have the necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and any other required permits.
• The tour operator is not responsible for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect travel documentation.

Health and Safety:

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and fit to travel.
• It is recommended to obtain travel insurance to cover any medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances.
• The tour operator reserves the right to modify the itinerary or cancel the tour in the event of safety concerns or unforeseen circumstances.

Accommodations:

• Accommodation is provided based on double occupancy unless otherwise specified.
• Single supplement fees apply for solo travelers requesting single occupancy accommodations.
• Room preferences (smoking/non-smoking, bed type, etc.) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Transportation:

• Transportation between cities and for included activities is provided as specified in the itinerary.
• Any additional transportation expenses incurred outside of the itinerary are the responsibility of the traveler.

• The tour operator acts as an intermediary between the traveler and various service providers (hotels, transportation companies, activity operators, etc.).
• The tour operator is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from acts of negligence or misconduct by third-party service providers.
• Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables at all times.

Changes to Itinerary:

• The tour operator reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, or changes in local regulations.
• Every effort will be made to provide suitable alternatives or compensation in such cases.

Code of Conduct:

• Travelers are expected to adhere to local laws, customs, and cultural norms throughout the duration of the tour.
• Disruptive behavior, illegal activities, or actions that may cause harm or discomfort to others will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the tour without refund.

Complaints and Feedback:

• Any complaints or feedback regarding the tour should be addressed to the tour operator as soon as possible to allow for timely resolution.
• Constructive feedback is welcomed and will be used to improve future tours and services.
