7-15 days before the commencement of the tour / hotel : 75% of the tour cost will be levied.
0-07 Days before the commencement of the tour /hotel : 100% of the tour cost will be levied
No refund is entitled “ for no shows
Confirmation of Hotel booking / Tour Package is subject to the remittance of 50% of the total Hotel / tour cost in advance and rest to be paid 15 days prior to the commencing of the hotels / tours so as to protect all arrangements on definite arrival basis.
