Payment:

1. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
2. Full payment is due 60 days prior to the tour departure date.
3. We accept payment via credit/debit card or bank transfer

Cancellation:

1. Cancellations made 180 days or more prior to the tour departure date will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
2. Cancellations made within 90 days of the tour departure date are non-refundable.
3. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the tour. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

Pickup Points:

1. Pickup points will be specified in your tour itinerary and confirmation documents.
2. Please ensure to be at the designated pickup point at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time.
3. Any changes to pickup points must be communicated to us at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Delays beyond our control may occur due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Hotel Policies:

1. Hotel accommodations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
2. Check-in time is typically 15:00, and check-out time is 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
3. Any additional charges incurred during your stay, such as room service, mini-bar, or telephone usage, must be settled directly with the hotel upon checkout.
