Booking and Payment:

• To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
• Full payment of the tour package is due 60 days prior to the tour start date.
• Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.

Cancellation and Refunds:

• Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the tour start date will receive a partial refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the tour start date are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the tour package.

Changes and Amendments:

• Changes to the tour itinerary or accommodations may be subject to additional fees and availability.
• Any requested changes must be made in writing and confirmed by the tour operator.

Travel Documents:

• It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents.
• The tour operator is not responsible for any costs or consequences resulting from incomplete or incorrect travel documentation.

Health and Safety:

• Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the tour.
• It is recommended to obtain travel insurance to cover any medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tour Inclusions and Exclusions:

• The tour package includes accommodations, transportation between cities, guided tours, and specified activities as outlined in the itinerary.
• Meals, personal expenses, optional excursions, and any other items not specifically mentioned are not included in the tour package.

Liability:

• The tour operator is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property during the tour.
• Participants are responsible for their own belongings and valuables at all times.

Tour Conduct:

• Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner towards fellow travelers, tour guides, and local residents.
• Any behavior deemed disruptive or offensive may result in removal from the tour without refund.

Force Majeure:
