Northern Lights Disclaimer:

The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon, and visibility depends on weather conditions.

Sightings of the Northern Lights are never guaranteed, and no refunds will be provided in case of non-sightings.

The tour operates in Lapland, within the Northern Lights belt, from Autumn to Spring.

Snowmobile Equipment:

The activity requires the use of snowmobile equipment, and participants must follow safety guidelines and instructions provided by our guides.

Pickup Information:

Pickup is available from the Rovaniemi city center.

If your accommodation is within 10 kilometers of our city office but outside the city center, pickup can be arranged.

Pickup times will be communicated via email one day before the activity.

Please be punctual and ready at your designated pickup location.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the activity date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the activity date are non-refundable.

In case of tour cancellation due to extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

Participants are responsible for any damage to snowmobiles or equipment caused by negligence or failure to follow safety instructions.

We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the tour.
