• Participants must be aged 5 years or older to participate in this activity.

2. Additional Information:

• Meals are not included in this activity. Participants are required to pack their own food sufficient for four meals during the trek.


• The trail to the Ijen Crater is suitable for beginners, but it is important to note that the location is an active volcano that releases sulfur smoke. Individuals with sensitive eyes and respiratory conditions are not allowed to join this activity.


• Please be aware that the driver and guide can communicate in basic English only.


• Due to safety reasons, participants are restricted to a maximum radius of 1 kilometer from the crater edge. Entry into the crater and sulfur mining area is strictly prohibited.

3. Prohibitions & Limitations:

• This activity is not recommended for individuals with impaired physical mobility.


• Individuals with certain medical conditions, such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc., are advised against participating in this tour.

4. Cancellation Policy:

• You will receive a full refund if you cancel your booking at least 72 hours before the scheduled activity start time.


• The tour may be canceled due to extreme weather conditions or unforeseen events. In the event of cancellation, you may choose to reschedule for another date or request a refund.

5. What to Wear:

• Participants are advised to wear warm clothing, preferably thick clothing for warmth.


• Gloves and masks are recommended, as the temperature at the crater tends to drop, and sulfur smoke can be present.


• Please wear suitable trekking shoes for comfort and safety.

6. Confirmation:

• You will receive confirmation of your booking within minutes. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact our customer support.

7. Usage Validity:

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date and time, if applicable.

8. Voucher Type:

9. Pick-Up Information:

• The operator will reconfirm your pick-up time in advance.


• Arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick-up time.


• The driver will wait for up to 30 minutes before departure; no refunds will be provided after this time.
