Guests are required to carry a hard copy of their passport for the helicopter ride. Soft copies will not be accepted, and failure to comply will result in being considered a no-show. Passengers' weight will be checked before boarding to ensure compliance with helicopter weight and balance regulations. Passengers are advised to dress comfortably in light sportswear. Wearing earrings and large jewelry items is not permitted onboard the aircraft. Tour routes may be subject to change based on air traffic control regulations or other operational and safety considerations. Insurance coverage is provided for every passenger in accordance with local UAE Civil Aviation Authorization regulations. All flights are subject to weather and visibility conditions. Individuals with heart conditions, physical disabilities, recent major surgeries, or pregnant women are not allowed to participate in this activity.
