• Booking & Payment
• A minimum 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the balance due 40 days before departure.
• Payments must be made via bank transfer
• Card charges are 4% above total amount

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 60 days or more before departure: Full refund minus administrative charges.
• Cancellations made 30-59 days before departure: 30% refund of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure: No refund.
• No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.
• Travel Requirements & Responsibilities

• •Travelers are responsible for obtaining any required visas, travel insurance, or vaccinations.
• •The tour operator is not responsible for delays, losses, or changes due to unforeseen circumstances.

Itinerary Changes & Force Majeure

• The itinerary may be adjusted due to local conditions, weather, or unforeseen events.
• In case of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.), alternative arrangements will be made, but refunds may not be possible.

Accommodation & Transportation

• Hotels will be as per the itinerary or similar standard accommodation in case of unavailability.
• Transfers and transportation will be provided as per the package, but delays due to traffic or unforeseen issues may occur.

Other Important Notes

• Meals included in the package will be as mentioned; additional meals or personal expenses are not covered.
• Travelers must adhere to local laws and behave responsibly during the tour.
• Any damages caused to hotel property or transportation must be compensated by the traveler.
