We would like to bring to your attention that we cannot be held responsible if a client's passport is not valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel, or if there are any issues with the passport that may prevent the traveler from leaving their origin country. Additionally, a mandatory refundable security deposit may be required at the time of check-in, which may vary depending on the hotel. If a client is not available at the hotel lobby at the specified time in the itinerary, there will be a no-show for that particular tour, and LestacIndia will not be responsible. Similarly, in the case of public holidays, cultural ceremonies, maintenance activities, or any other situation resulting in tours not operating, we cannot be held accountable. However, we will assist in providing a refund for any unused tours if feasible.

Please note that no refunds are applicable for unutilized services, and once the itinerary has been finalized, it cannot be changed at the destination. Any rescheduling of services would be considered a new booking. Lastly, all clients must comply with COVID-19 norms set by the government, and we cannot be held responsible for any changes in COVID-19 policies after the package is booked.
