The test can be cancelled 4 days before the selected date without any cancellation charge.

There is a 100% cancellation charge if cancelled within 4 days of travel

The payment will be refunded to the original payment method which might take 5-7 days to get credited to your account.

There was a bit of confusion between Hotels. Wasted 2 hours

Technicians went to different hotel.It took them 2 hours to reach me. Luckily i got my reports on time.
