Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park tour Bali – It is a Voyagers attraction point built on a very huge land at Ungasan, Badung on the island of Bali, Indonesia. It is almost in the heart of Balu and is  about 10–15 minutes drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport. It is dedicated to the Hindu god Vishnu, and his mount, Garuda, the mythical bird.

This is the most iconic statue in Bali

This is the most iconic statue in Bali, only 15 min from airport. The area is huge and need a lil time at first to study. The flow is described like this: 1) put you car in parking area, where there is a tent to check temperature and scan QR peduli lindungi, 2) there will be a buggy car/bus that accompany you to the ticket counter, 3) after you buy the ticket (100k/person), they will offer you with 2 options: go to the GWK statue with buggy car (need to pay 30k/person) or by walking (ETA 20mins), 4) Arrived in GWK you can get inside the building in 1st floor only. Need to pay 50k/person to see what is in the upstairs.

monumental statue of Garuda Wisnu Kencana with my own eyes

Finally i can saw the monumental statue of Garuda Wisnu Kencana with my own eyes, i guarantee it’s one of a spectacular experience. The size is enormous, the splendid finest detais and kudos to Mr. Nyoman Nuarta for make it happened. Was curious since in college will these legendary statue become a reality one day and can’t believe in real size it looks super awesome. If you want to fly your drone you will need permission and if you wish to go to the higher level must do a earlier reservation. Come early will be a great option since the area is so huge. If you plan to walk then you’ll need more time. Other way you can rent buggy car to the top.

the whole place always makes me want to come back here

This is why I always wanted to go back here just to see the awesome view beside the biggest statue, I'll review separately. But the whole place always makes me want to come back here... This is the 3rd time I went to Bali and GWK is always on my list.

I just wish this place could provide more choices of food and drinks

Definitely love this place!You can watch lots of Bali's traditional dances here and see the parade of bali culture in the evening.I just wish this place could provide more choices of food and drinks inside the park and more shades to rest when the sun got too hot.

A wonderful huge statue and building

A wonderful huge statue and building, also a museum of hindu religion, and there is a kecak dance show at 18 local time every day. Of course souvenir shop and restaurants were available in here.
